Stop the unfair prices that hurt the most needy. “Buy 2” (or 3 or 4) to save money means that the disadvantaged are charged MORE than everyone else.
Deliver the message to the people who can “make a difference”. Hold Retailers responsible for the pricing strategies in their individual stores, franchises and chains. Lawmakers can legislate against discrimination to protect people who are disadvantaged.
Canadian grocery CEOs told a parliamentary hearing that it’s not their fault grocery prices are so high. However some of those profits come from discriminatory prices.
This is an online campaign launched by concerned citizens to stop “discriminatory pricing” because it hurts the disadvantaged in our communities.
